Order Processing
Once your order is placed successfully, our team will begin preparing it for dispatch.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding UAE public holidays or unexpected operational delays.
Orders placed later in the day, during weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
Delivery Within the UAE
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier schedule, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the exact time the order is placed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Any free delivery offer, if available, will be applied according to the terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by SnackSipGo.com, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed damaged, expired, or defective product.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If Cash on Delivery is available, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment.
If the customer refuses the order, does not answer the courier, or provides incorrect contact details, the delivery may fail. In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier, depending on the delivery method used.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been created.
If you do not receive tracking details or need help checking your order status, you can contact us through our website or WhatsApp.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your delivery address, mobile number, emirate, area, building name, villa or apartment number, and any important delivery instructions are entered correctly at checkout.
SnackSipGo.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unavailable customer, refused delivery, or failure to respond to the courier, the original delivery charge and any return or re-delivery charges may be deducted or charged again.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, expired, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send clear photos or video of the product, the packaging, and your order details.
Once the issue is verified, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, but delays may sometimes happen due to courier issues, peak seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, road restrictions, or other unexpected situations.
If your order is delayed, we will assist you as much as possible and help you follow up with the courier where needed.
VAT and Charges
Any applicable VAT, delivery charges, or order-related fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders delivered within the UAE, there are no customs duties for local UAE deliveries.

After receiving the order, customers are responsible for storing the products properly according to the product instructions. Please avoid exposing snacks, drinks, drink mixes, bars, or sachets to direct sunlight, heat, moisture, or unsuitable storage conditions.

Delivery charges, COD charges, payment processing charges, and return collection fees may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
