Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At SnackSipGo.com, we want every order to reach you in excellent condition. Since we sell snacks, drinks, drink mixes, protein snacks, and other consumable products, our return policy is designed to protect product quality, hygiene, and customer safety.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


1. Return Request Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

After 7 days, we may not be able to accept return, refund, or exchange requests unless the product is proven to be defective, expired, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.


2. Products Eligible for Return

A product may be accepted for return only if all the conditions below are met:

The product is unopened, unused, and fully sealed.

The item is still in its original packaging.

The product is in the same condition as it was delivered.

The customer provides a valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

The return request is approved by our customer support team before the item is sent back.

Any item sent back without approval may not be accepted.


3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Opened snack packs, protein bars, drink mixes, sachets, beverages, or food items.

Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery.

Items exposed to heat, moisture, or improper storage after receiving the order.

Partially consumed products.

Clearance, sale, promotional, or close-to-expiry products, unless they arrive damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards, vouchers, or store credit.


4. Damaged, Expired, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order carefully once it is delivered.

If you receive an item that is damaged, expired, defective, leaking, missing, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send us:

Your order number.

Clear photos or video of the product.

A photo of the outer delivery packaging, if applicable.

A short explanation of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.

If the issue is caused by SnackSipGo.com, we will cover the related return or replacement delivery cost.


5. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we may accept the return only if the product is still unopened, unused, sealed, and in perfect condition.

For approved change-of-mind returns, a return handling or collection fee of AED 30 may apply.

Delivery charges, Cash on Delivery charges, payment processing charges, and return collection fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.


6. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by our team.

If the item you want is not available, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

For exchanges requested due to customer preference, additional delivery or handling charges may apply.


7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will update you on the approval status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, the product value will be refunded through the suitable refund method. Please note that delivery charges, Cash on Delivery charges, payment processing charges, and return collection fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount.

For online card payments, refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued as store credit, bank transfer, or another approved method at the discretion of SnackSipGo.com.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If the refund is related to a confirmed wrong, damaged, defective, or expired item caused by SnackSipGo.com, we will review the case and provide the most suitable solution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.


8. Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order is already out for delivery, it will be handled under our return policy after delivery.


9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address, mobile number, and contact details are correct at checkout.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable customer, unanswered calls, or refusal to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

If the order is returned to us by the courier, delivery charges may not be refundable.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.


11. UAE Consumer Protection

This policy is prepared for our UAE online store operations and is intended to follow fair ecommerce practices.

Your rights remain protected under applicable UAE consumer protection laws, especially where a product is defective, unsafe, expired, damaged, or not as described.

The latest version published on our website will apply to all orders placed after the update date.
