Orders

How do I place an order? +

You can place an order directly on our website by adding your selected products to cart and completing checkout with your delivery and payment details.

Can I change my order after placing it? +

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Where can I find my order confirmation? +

After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not see it immediately.

Delivery

Where do you deliver? +

SnackSipGo delivers across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and other serviceable areas.

How long does delivery take? +

Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days. Remote areas may take 2–4 business days.

Do you offer free delivery? +

Yes, free delivery is available on orders above AED 200. A shipping fee of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 200.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? +

SnackSipGo currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. The final payable amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Is online payment secure? +

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment systems. SnackSipGo does not store your full card details.

Can I get an invoice? +

Your order confirmation acts as a purchase record. If you need additional invoice details, please contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item? +

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food and drink products are not eligible for return.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item? +

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos, and details of the issue. Our team will review and assist you.

How long does a refund take? +

Once a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method and banking provider.

Yes. SnackSipGo sells 100% original products sourced from trusted brands and suppliers. All products are authentic and as described.

Do you sell protein snacks and zero sugar drinks? +

Yes. SnackSipGo focuses on convenient snacks, protein treats, zero sugar drinks, drink mix sachets, flavored water options and on-the-go refreshment.
